About Us

Transelect was established in 2000 in the NSW Illawarra region, to provide high voltage design, construction and maintenance services to the contestable power distribution construction market.

 

In 2008, Transelect joined the ARA Group, a Group of companies specialising in building and infrastructure services for industrial, commercial and government markets. ARA operates in all states and territories of Australia.

Transelect’s environmental management system is in accordance with ISO 14001. Our system supports current legislation in relation to greenhouse emissions and reduction of carbon imprint.

 

Environmental awareness ensures that environmental concerns are a part of our everyday business operation.


Occupational Health & Safety

Transelect has a commitment to safety.  We promote a strong safety culture throughout the organisation. The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated by our safety record and industry-wide recognition.

 

Transelect has an established corporate Occupational Health & Safety Management System, aligned with the requirements of the Australian Standard AS4801. We are currently in the process of acquiring accreditation to AS4801.
